We investigate on your behalf complaints made about your service by individual members of the public or groups, their families, carers or representatives. We will:
- listen and understand the complaint, investigate it robustly, independently and quickly and report our findings to you.
- identify the learning from the complaint, to resolve the complaint for the individual and help you take action to avoid a recurrence.
- share our expertise with you, to help you build your competence and capacity to handle complaints well.
