Our Customers

Our customers are large and small and predominantly come from:

They have usually received a serious complaint or want training and support to develop their own complaint handling expertise.

We also have customers of two or more public bodies, who have received a complaint which covers both their services, which needs to be investigated jointly.

Independent health and social care providers and charities, which lack the complaint handling systems of the NHS or local government, also see their credibility enhanced by the commissioning of independent complaint investigation when they receive serious or intractable complaints which threaten their reputation.
