We want what every complainant wants, that the person or body they are complaining about resolves their complaint quickly and effectively. But we know that many organisations do not have the resources, staff, systems, know how or culture to achieve this. We want to make our contribution to improving this situation. We are keen to share our knowledge and experience with you, either alongside a piece of investigative work, or independently.
