Comments and Complaints

We actively seek and welcome feedback, good or bad, as a way of improving our service. Please contact us to let us know what you think. And at the end of our work with you we will also formally seek your views on our performance.

We know that from time to time things do go wrong. If that is your experience, then we would like you to raise it with us immediately, so that we can look into it and put things right.

If, for some reason, we fail to resolve your complaint at that stage, we will ensure that someone unconnected with your complaint reviews it. We will share their review with you and, where we have made a mistake, we will put things right and take action to ensure it does not happen again.
